ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All payments are due upon completion of initial consultation

  • Cash, Credit Card, Checks, or PayPal

2. $125.00 Non-refundable sign up fee

3. Residents of Manhattan will be charged an additional 10% fee for commuting & parking expenses

4. Missed sessions cannot be made up or reimbursed after 90 days

5. RYB must be notified of any scheduling change requests or cancellations no less than 24 hours in advance, or fees may apply

6. Early termination will entitle client to a pro-rated refund at standard per-session rate, based upon remaining unused sessions

7. A la carte services include:

  • Nutrition Plan for $300
  • Assessment for $150
  • Stretching for $150

8. No sessions may be scheduled on any Jewish or National holiday
